Fabled is a an elevated medical workwear brand that promotes self-care, self-compassion, and self-expression among female healthcare workers. In 2021, Fabled’s founder Dr. Olga Lemberg asked me to develop, write, and edit a monthly series for the Fabled blog that would inspire uplifting conversations. Today, healthcare professionals are more at risk of suicide and burnout than any other profession, and many women physicians are quitting shortly after finishing their training. By encouraging open discussions about traditionally off-limits topics such as non-linear career paths and salary negotiations, the Women in Medicine series shines a light on the power of personal style, mindfulness, and more.
